lyrics
Miserable life lived in silence
Conforming to the laws of man
Holding his emotions deep inside
Slowly driving him mad
His bones start to crumble
His eyes begin to glow
Unleashed is the evil inside
Ready to takes its toll
Crawling through the streets
Hunger for violence
Seeking to commit evil deeds
Abomination among the earth
On flesh it will feed
Malicious mutant out for blood
Reeking havoc in the night
People scream in torment
As it terrorizes all in sight
Years of torment and anguish
Had created this creature of hate
Its eyes filled will blood lust
The result of a man gone insane
Bursting from the flesh
Is the evil from within
Releasing itself upon the earth
Eager to seek its revenge
Crawling through the streets
Hunger for violence
Seeking to commit evil deeds
Abomination among the earth
On flesh it will feed
Malicious mutant out for blood
Reeking havoc in the night
People scream in torment
As it terrorizes all in sight
Sinister growls in the dark
Nonstop vicious attack
The creature maims and slaughters
unsuspecting fall to their death
Consuming brains and blood
On its infernal strike
No end to the torment
Killing through the night
Crawling through the streets
Hunger for violence
Seeking to commit evil deeds
Abomination among the earth
On flesh it will feed
Malicious mutant out for blood
Reeking havoc in the night
People scream in torment
As it terrorizes all in sight

Think not this is another boring, samey thrash salad! Like a deadly flower, memorable riffs bloomed as the album went on. By the end, I am ready to sit under the tree, drinking from a skullcup and pondering the riddle of steel. Excellent blend of thrash with other flavors (from trad metal to Western), evoking the might and danger of the cover's diabolical warriors. Bonus for production: love hearing the bark and rasp of pick on strings without it being scrubbed away by computery production. pinkytheent

Sometimes when bands move from demo to first release, they lose something: not as fast or not as evil or too produced.
This album is not one of them.
The recording is cleaner, so you can hear things better than _Rise of Death_ but otherwise, this has the same black thrash from the speed layer of the Abyss sound.
Highly recommended for fans of Shakma, Nuclear Revenge, early Kreator, or Gallower.
Several horns way up. perverseosmosis
The Brazilian metal outfit teaches a lesson in exemplary thrash, delivering palm-mute chugging, dexterous fretwork, and infuriated-but-intelligible vocals on every song Bandcamp Album of the Day Jan 21, 2021

I've gotten myself into GR by first getting their last album, then decided to give this one a go too. Atoms divide, life decays, seems we are into nuclear explosions here, that is how GR feels, a powerful and fast blitz and stormy riffs and groovy hardcorish - thrashy blasts. Highly recommended for all thrash lovers out there. Toxic Holocaust does come in mind, true that, Wraith, Municipal Waste fans should love this ! sachavonkarl74
